The customer service team is exceptional! However, I prefer not to use Sezzle and opt for ACH transactions instead. Ideally, I’d like to use my Mastercard credit card for its fraud protection, as debit cards and ACH transactions offer limited protection. We’ve unfortunately encountered credit card fraud in the past and learned valuable lessons from it.
